Restore your lawn this fall with effective aeration and overseeding.
Our services help restore compacted soil and promote healthy grass growth, ensuring a lush lawn by spring.
Everything this service covers
A core aerator pulls thousands of small soil plugs, two to three inches deep, across the whole lawn.
Fresh seed goes down right after we aerate, ensuring seed-to-soil contact and filling thin and bare spots.
The season does half the work
Warm soil allows seed to germinate quickly while the ground still holds summer heat. New grass grows without stress during cooler air temperatures, and with less competition from weeds, seedlings can thrive.

Frequently asked questions
When is the best time to aerate and overseed?
Late summer into early fall. The soil is still warm enough for fast germination and the new grass has cool weeks to establish before winter.
How soon will I see new grass?
Most seed germinates in one to three weeks depending on the seed blend and the weather, and the lawn thickens over the following weeks.
Do I need to water afterward?
Yes. Light, frequent watering while the seed establishes makes the biggest difference, and we leave simple instructions after the visit.
Can I mow after the visit?
Hold off until the new grass is tall enough to cut, then mow as normal. We will tell you what to look for.
